Refund Policy

Simpleshift operates on a subscription basis, billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ notice, either by signing into your account or emailing us at mail@simpleshift.ai

 

During the 30-day notice period, your service will remain active and standard charges will apply. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months, setup time, or usage already completed. If your cancellation request is submitted fewer than 30 days before your next billing date, one final charge may occur before the subscription ends.

If you’d like to export your call data or transcripts, please request it within 30 days of cancellation—after that, we may delete or archive your account information.
